The setting is unbeatable and comfy, just off shops, down town High Point, and many restaurants.

We were happy with the newly renovated and clean room, the bathroom, the Wi-Fi, and the wake-up service; the location was convenient, close to everything.

Location: the hotel was close to the mall n the outlet about a hour away, restaurant, and High Point. It also was in town center. Staff were very very nice and courteous, rooms were spotless and equipped with the Wi-Fi and the bathroom, as for instance.

The property's outside was stunning, and the room was super clean, comfy beds, and newly renovated with a jaw-dropping location. the front desk attendant was helpful, free parking, and very convenient for the venue.

The beds were awesome. My husband is handicapped & there were no handicapped rooms available.

I didn't like that food couldn't be taken to the room....

The king room was affordable and clean, just what I was looking for. the hotel's location right in the town center was convenient. I found a nearby restaurant, Cheddar's, which was a great spot to grab some drinks.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was comfy and absolutely great. the room was recently renovated and neat with the bathroom and the Wi-Fi. Safety measures included smoke detectors. A microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge were provided. Perfect location and overall the staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Had a very good time. the Townhouse Inn in High Point was a fantastic experience with comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and exceptional staff. the recent room renovations and neat facilities, including Wi-Fi access and safety features like smoke detectors, made my stay pleasant. the provision of a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge enhanced the convenience. the perfect location and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. I had a very good time during my stay at the Townhouse Inn.

The concierge was nice and professional..the location was convenient.....the overall look of the exterior compared to the internet photos matched pretty well.

There was an enormous amount of hair in the bath towels and on the bed pillows....this was very noticeable as soon as I entered the room.

Older facilities, could use some updating. However, for the price I paid it was an excellent choice. It was clean and convenient.

Very basic room, nothing fancy, but very clean and totally adequate! My daughter & I had to be at High Point Theater for the weekend and I found this hidden gem for 2 nights for less than the price of one night at a nearby hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was nice too!

The only complaint I had the whole weekend was I wished there was some fruit at breakfast, very minor "complaint."

I chose this hotel for a business trip due to its business center, 24-hour front desk, and computer station amenities, which were essential for my brainstorming session. The copy and fax services were efficient and helpful for my work needs. Cons: I would have appreciated a printer service in the business center for my work documents.
